We have made available a series of toolkits to enable COVID-19 protocol observation around our office space. The toolkit is designed to assist help us, as non-healthcare business settings to slow the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the impact on our workplace.

The toolkit includes the following materials:

Employer Sheet – Introduces supervisors and heads of department to the contents of the toolkit and how to use the materials in our offices.

Resume Operations Readiness Checklist – Helps make returning to work and resuming operations as safe and healthy as possible for leaders, employees, and our clients.

Tool for the protection of workers: so that we can identify protection measures for when workers interact with each other and with the clients

Back to Work Infographic – To remind employees how to protect themselves and others from COVID-19 and answer any questions they may have about returning to the workplace

Resources – for easy access to more information via hyperlinks, URLs, and QR codes to prevent the physical acquisition of information (one-on-one contact).

• Evaluate the possibility of implementing engineering measures that protect against risks at work.
• Proper ventilation and making sure water and hand-washing materials are available.

Modification of the workspace to promote social distancing through:

• Organizing dividers as a protective barrier.
• Use of verbal advertisements, posters, and visual markings to encourage social distancing.
• Offer remote order alternatives (such as deliveries and collection).
